Teddy Bear's Picnic!

The nursery children were invited to a Teddy Bear's Picnic up in the Nightingale Nursing Home, they all brought their soft toys with them and walked up to the home to sing some songs for the residents. They got to visit the new room in the home called The Windmill Room and they gave the residents the big piece of artwork that they had made for them. After that they had their lunch outside in the garden and enjoyed looking round to see what they could spot in the plants - there were pretend butterflies, frogs, birds, dogs, pigs and a tiger and a giraffe! Everyone was tired when they got back to nursery after such a busy day.
