Take 5 Positive Mental Health Community Campaign

With Life be coming more and more stressful no matter what age, it is important now more than ever, that we must take time to look after our own mental health and those around us. With this in mind a community wide positive mental health campaign will run from Sunday 7th October- Saturday 13th October throughout Dungannon. All primary and Secondary schools along with sports clubs, youth groups and churches will focus on the Public Health Agency's 'Take 5  Steps to Wellbeing' message throughout the week. Together we will learn more about the ' 5 Steps'; Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep learning & Give'; Remember 'It's ok to not be ok; we just need to learn to ask for help when we need it and watch out for others who maybe struggling. Windmill Integrated Primary School & Nursery along with other schools will have their 'Take 5 Steps Wellbeing' talk on Wednesday 10th October.
