Paul Howard An award-winning artist and Illustrator

Primary 4 had a celebrity visitor this week!! Paul Howard, famous illustrator, attended Primary 4 to deliver an art workshop based on one of his most popular illustrated stories 'The Owl Who Was Afraid Of The Dark'. The children became illustrators where Paul took them step by step on how to draw 'Plop' from the story using the descriptions from the book to base their creations. In addition, the children were emersed within a variety of different story books that Paul illustrated and were able to ask insightful questions about what it is like to be an illustrator. There will no doubt a few budding authors and illustrators from Primary 4 in the future!
