Nursery visit Nightingale Nursing Home.

The nursery class were delighted to be invited back up to Nightingale Nursing Home. The nursery classes used to visit monthly until 4 years ago when it all had to stop because of Covid. The children looked at the route on Google Maps the day before so they knew they had to cross the road. Everyone was excellent at listening & waiting to cross the road. The residents were very happy to have visitors & played lots of games together. Some children did some colouring in & they all had some juice before tidying up & walking all the way back down again. We will go back again next month & the biggest surprise was that Sophie who had organised the visit used to go to nursery & Windmill!

A huge thanks to the parents who came along to help out & well done to all the children for being so well behaved on the walk ups& down again.
