Nursery End of Year Trip to The Wild Woods!

On a very windy and wet day the nursery children set off from Windmill to go to The Wild Woods at An Creagán for their final trip on the nursery year. When we arrived it was not so windy or wet and the children had a wonderful time exploring the fabulous space, they climbed up the banks, did some pond dipping and found some newts, painted with mud, had a tea party and had fun just following all the different paths to see where they led. 

After a fun filled morning, they had their lunch around the fire and afterwards, as a treat Peter had some marshmallows for toasting on the fire. Before heading back to nursery on the bus they had a play in the park.
