Fantastic session with Ronan from Fit Minds.

The nursery children had an amazing second session with Ronan today. Last week was their first session & they did some crawling, walking & jumping. This week it was all about jumping & they did 5 different jumps; a pencil jump, a kangaroo jump, a hop, a frog jump & a star jump. Ronan set up some obstacle courses with the small benches for walk8g & then jumping & then the group split into 3 groups to try out some kangaroo jumps, frog jumps & jumping off a bench. It was a lot of fun & hard work using their leg muscles. For the last activity everyone had to jump over a pool noodle! Everyone can’t wait for Ronan to come back next week.
