A Snowy Outdoor Day for Nursery.

This week our outdoor day was a snowy and cold one but most of the children got on their rain gear and enjoyed exploring the playground in the snow, they had fun pulling each other on the sleds and walking and balancing on the snowy crates & tree stumps.

Instead of a big fire this week we had small tin can fires - the children enjoyed dipping apple and mini marshmallows in the melted chocolate. 

Before going inside for a story and a welcome hot dinner, some of the children who were still in their rain gear went for a walk up the hill to Bear Woods.
